After filling my logbook and seeing the prices PADI were asking for, I decided to have a go at my own.
This insert is based on the PADI one with a few alterations to make it easier to log your dives. These include EANx calculations in-case you are using Nitrox
If you have a copy of Word 2003 or later, click here and select Save As to download a copy of the inserts. They are best printed double-sided on decent A4 paper. Holes are marked for the standard PADI binder.
